Gas Engineer

Location: London

We're currently looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our friendly, well-established team in London on a full-time basis, with an immediate start available.

Carry out gas safety inspections and boiler servicing in line with legal and safety requirements for private landlords
Provide clear electronic reports to the office, detailing completed work and any recommended follow-up works
Maintain accurate records of inspections, servicing, repairs, and gas safety certificates issued
Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on boilers, heating systems, and plumbing systems

MEP Engineer

Location: London

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical and public-health systems within a commercial property portfolio.

Supporting servicing, maintenance and repair activities across customer sites.
The ability to communicate risk, priority and technical options clearly
Confidence reviewing RAMS, quotations, technical reports, commissioning information and remedial scopes
Maintaining excellent health and safety standards whilst working on customer premises.

Cleaning Operative

Location: Leeds / Yorkshire

Maintain high cleaning standards across communal and commercial areas while working as part of a supportive team.

Key skills: Attention to detail, reliability, teamwork.
